Event kiosk rentals are typically for the duration of your event, from a single day up to a week. Extended rentals are available for up to 3 months. You will receive the kiosks two days before your event for setup and testing, then ship them back when you're done.
Kiosks should be returned within 3 business days after your event concludes. We provide prepaid return shipping labels, so you just need to pack them up in the original boxes and drop them off at UPS or schedule a pickup.
Yes. Round-trip shipping is included in your rental price: we ship the kiosks to you so they arrive about two days before your event, and we include a prepaid return label and packaging so you can send them back when you're done. There's no separate shipping charge on a standard rental.
Bulk orders, shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, and locations that need special freight handling may be subject to additional shipping and handling. We'll quote anything extra up front before you order: no surprises after the fact.

The live leaderboard displays donations in real-time on a large screen or projector at your event. As donors give using the kiosks or handheld readers, their donations appear instantly on the leaderboard. You can choose to show donor names (if provided) or just the total. The leaderboard includes all payment methods, including Donor Advised Funds, and automatically updates the running total.

We recommend booking 3-4 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially during peak fundraising season (October-December). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests - just reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Yes! Onsite support is available as an add-on to your event. Costs are dependent on travel and length of the event.
Our team will arrive before your event, handle all setup and configuration, train your staff, monitor the kiosks throughout the event, and manage teardown. This is perfect for large galas or events where you want to focus entirely on your guests.
All event kiosk rentals include text, phone, and email support during your event. If you encounter any technical issues, contact us immediately and we'll help troubleshoot remotely.
