Starting at $749
Event kiosk rentals are typically for the duration of your event, from a single day up to a week. Extended rentals are available for up to 3 months. You will receive the kiosks two days before your event for setup and testing, then ship them back when you're done.
Kiosks should be returned within 3-5 business days after your event concludes. We provide prepaid return shipping labels, so you just need to pack them up in the original boxes and drop them off at UPS or schedule a pickup.

The live leaderboard displays donations in real-time on a large screen or projector at your event. As donors give using the kiosks or handheld readers, their donations appear instantly on the leaderboard. You can choose to show donor names (if provided) or just the total. The leaderboard includes all payment methods, including Donor Advised Funds, and automatically updates the running total.

We recommend booking 3-4 weeks before your event to ensure availability, especially during peak fundraising season (October-December). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests - just reach out and we'll do our best to help.

event, handle all setup and configuration, train
your staff, monitor the kiosks throughout the event,
and manage teardown. This is perfect for large galas
or events where you want to focus entirely on your
