Returning your kiosk
If you'd like to return your kiosk(s) and cancel your account, we'd love the opportunity to make Kind Kiosk work for your needs first. If you still wish to cancel, please use the site chat, call, or text us to get the process started.
The return process is as follows:
- We will issue you a return label.
- Carefully pack all kiosk contents using the original packaging.
- Once we receive the kiosk hardware, we will inspect it for damage.
- If you are returning your kiosk within the first 60 days, we will refund applicable subscription costs. If the hardware is determined to be damaged beyond typical wear and tear, we will inform you of the repair costs. Repair costs will be deducted from the hardware deposit, subscription refund, or card on file as applicable.
