About Kind Kiosk

Kind Kiosk exists to help nonprofits improve in-person fundraising. We discovered organizations spend an enormous amount of time optimizing their websites and donation forms, but often fail put a similar effort towards in-person giving.

With limited options available, this is often not the fault of the organization. The experience for donors can be clunky - using either a QR code or just loading a web donation form on a tablet. We knew we could do better.

Prior to Kind Kiosk, our core team has spent over a decade developing custom web and mobile apps for organizations of all sizes. We've worked with small startups, and we've worked with household names. Our team has also spent significant time in the nonprofit industry and, critically, has experienced the problems our customers face firsthand. These two experiences together provide the foundation for Kind Kiosk.

Our mission is to elevate the in-person fundraising experience through a modern platform that helps our customers raise more for their cause.

Flexible but simple. The Kind Kiosk platform is extremely flexible but very easy to use and understand. We work quickly, building the solutions that our customers need.

Real humans. We're normal humans, and you'll probably talk to everyone on the team at some point in your customer journey. Our customer service has been described as "speedy, and excellent." We place a very high value on responding quickly, and make it really easy to get in touch with us by phone, text, or chat.

New but proven. We launched in March 2024, and are gaining significant traction quickly. In our first full year, we've welcomed hundreds of customers and helped them raise over 1.5 million for their cause.

Bootstrapped and sustainable. We're fully bootstrapped and have built a sustainable company from the start. Don't worry about investors forcing pivots, sales, or shutdowns. We're here for the long haul.

We constantly innovate and are releasing new features and improvements every week. We listen to our customers and build what they need, when they need it.
